Jumbo's Pumpkin Patch, Middletown, MD- Opening Day 2017

Jumbo's Pumpkin Patch is one of the top Pumpkin Patches in the whole country! Opening day this year was Saturday, September 23. Check out some of my favorite photos from the day! I absolutely love all of the antique tractors and the Mums are gorgeous! Of course I love riding the wagon out to the pumpkin patch, but the Craft Attic and General Store are also really fun. There are so many things for the kids to do, from seeing the farm animals to playing on the play ground to picking out their very own pumpkin. Jumbo's Pumpkin Patch, LLC is located in the beautiful Middletown Valley at the Huffer Family Farm. It is a working farm owned by the Huffer family. The 131 acres is home to some of Maryland's most scenic countryside. Purchased in 1870 by the Huffer family, Huffer Family Farm has been "home" to seven generations!

Jumbo's was established in 1994 with a roadside wagon and 1-1/2 acres of pumpkins. Now offering many acres of pick your own pumpkins, a 15 acre corn maze and many other family activities. In 2015, they were named among the top 10 Pumpkin Patches in the United States by MSN, check out the article.

Farm visitors can enjoy hayrides to the pumpkin patch and corn maze, petting zoo, pony rides, Snack Shack, shopping in the General Store and Craft Attic for a variety of handcrafted items from over 45 local artisans.
